We are back to business as usual….with a few tweaks 2020 has definitely been the strangest in our history; but we are proud to have continued to serve you through this difficult time and support our members. It’s with great pleasure we can announce that we have returned to our normal hours, but with a new normal. Our extended morning opening times will make it easier to contact us when it suits you, from Tuesday 1st September our opening hours will be as follows:
Monday 9am -1230pm
Thursday 10am- 1230p,
Friday 10- 1230
The best way to contact us is is still via email, firstname.lastname@example.org as our phone lines are extremely busy.
We ask if possible that you wear a mask when you enter the branch, and we will only allow 3 members in a time to enable social distancing. Our interview room is equipped with a sneeze guard, and we are following the NHS protocols and guidelines. Our main priority is the safety of our members and our staff.
If COVID-19 has impacted your income and ability to pay your loan payment, please contact the office either by email, secure message or phone. We will endeavour to assist, as all our loans come with flexible terms so you can extend or reduce the terms with no administration fees, so we can adjust your payments to suit your financial needs, this is all part of the credit union difference.
