The ongoing COVID-19 situation is at the forefront of everyone’s minds, we  wanted to reach out to assure you we are closely monitoring the situation, and the wellbeing of the our staff and members is the top priority.  Pioneer Mutual are following the advice and protocols of the NHS and Government. All of our staff are fully appraised of the requirements and are taking all precautions.

We will be following developments on a daily basis and adjust accordingly, we are currently operating as normal and wanted to thank you for your continued support and loyalty. Please note we are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that throughout this difficult time we can continue provide members with access to our ethical and fair finance. We have enabled card payments in branch and online to minimise cash handling.

If COVID-19 has impacted your income and ability to pay your loan payment, please contact the office either by email, secure message or phone. We will endeavour to assist, as all our loans come with  flexible terms so you can extend or reduce the terms with no administration fees, so we can adjust your payments to suit your financial needs, this is all part of the credit union difference.

Members can still access our services without  physically visiting the branch, although a present our branch is still open for members who require to access our services directly. We are enabled to transfer loans funds and share withdrawals via BACS. Members can also make enquires over the phone or by email. The branch is now enabled to take card payments to minimise cash handling.

Make a card payment direct into their share 1 account
check balances
Apply for a loan

If you apply for a loan online we can arrange for the paperwork to be posted  with a prepaid envelope and the original signed paperwork can then be returned to ourselves via post. Or alternatively we can email this to you for you to print at home and return.

As a nation we are being asked to stay home more, and potentially self-isolate, we understand this is a difficult and stressful time for our members. Looking after your mental wellbeing is important and Mind have provided some useful coping mechanisms.
